Magic anyone?

I'm dying to have another Magic night at my place! Anyone else interested say friday night?

I dont know what you guys are doing while im gone, but lets not ever talk about you and your "magic nights" again.

I'm thinking we need to do another one at the new place. Maybe do a sealed box tourney.

That sounds pretty cool dude. I know that currently I am convincing the comic shop people here to run WoW tourneys... its pretty awesome that he is basically going to let me manage them ^_^

Just keep quoting comic legends and they get blind sided. Start with the punisher and work towards green lantern.

Lol will do... but thats not what Im happy about, I played against a 30 year old man with my warlock deck the other day, and I let him believe he was winning, then I bet him 5 bucks I would win. He agreed, next turn I gained 26 life to bring me back to full... I popped to fel fires, 2 immolates, unstable affliction, and siphon life on his character. And then use a card that makes every damage I deal be +1 damage. And then I let it be his turn, at the start of his turn, he takes all the damage from my DoT's, and I dealt him 18 damage in one turn, 1 over the amount that he had (17). I couldnt help but chortle like I do in debate as he payed up the 5 bucks.

I did the same play once here in Tyler at a magic tourney. I was playing a white spell deck and the other guy was playing a black creature deck.

I bet him 10 bucks I would win and he was like, "No way in hell you're winning. You don't even have a creature out!" I laughed and shook his hand as he released the turn to me (forgetting that he could untap his creatures from the previous turn lol) I then laid out a light of day and a serra avatar with 3 serra embraces and a holy strength and hit him for 27 damage. The end game was him shtting his pants over my power play.

Him : -9
