Pretty much the jist of the story is about a 7 month old who got shot, and lived 3 days with a bullet stuck in her. (the good part) Apparently both her parents were sooo terrified about global warming, they decided to kill both their kids and themselves. Well luckily for the daughter, they missed her vitals. But what i am curious about is if that fag Al Gore, for stiring up shit about "Global Warming", is going to get any sort of a slap on the wrist or anything. I know the suicide was in Argentina, but still. For him attempting to petrify the world with his claims of "Apocalyptic Global Warming", and how we're all going to become a sun, or whatever he wants to claim i think should be partially responsible to the deaths of the parents and the harm of the daughter.

Fact is that he probably won't even be reached for comment on the matter. Gore is just a mouth piece for the public ear, but when it comes to things like this it will end up defaulting back to poor parenting and crazy foreigners. It has begun to worry me though how little people know about Global Warming. Mind you I haven't done any extensive digging, but then again I'm not talking about it all the time!

I talked with some dumb ass the other day that was convinced that the reason why it was cold out was that the polar icecaps were melting and sending cold air from the north our way. He then said that they were in fact melting because of Global Warming.

Here is the cut and dry meteorological facts on this one.

1) If Global Warming exists it is true that it should begin to change weather patterns as the heating and cooling areas of various air currents begin to fluctuate, however this change is taking place in only microns* of a degree a year.

2) If Global Warming has begun to take a swing around our planet and mess with the environment it would not begin to affect the polar icecaps until they were out of alignment and away from the cold depths of space.

3) If the polar icecaps are now pointed in alternate directions and new ones are forming the strategic placement of the magnetism underneath the poles will begin to fluctuate causing earth shattering cataclysm and catastrophic doom to us all.

4) We are not all dead yet.

Ok, so the last one isn't meteorological, but it is a fact. If the poles changed or melted our little blue/green rock would have begun to fly out of orbit and bounce into the other rocks making our happy little planet very sad.....and empty. Choose your side on the pro/con Global Warming theory, but for the love of Thor don't be a dumb ass about it.
