Well I guess it went ok, I can be my biggest critic after the fact, so I have push that worry/2nd-guessing aside.

If that was phase 1, then I guess I'm going into phase 2. Reason being, I was told they will get back with me probably next week to schedule the next round of interviews, which will be with individual senior staff members or a panel of them.
